• Are you a beekeeper/do you make your own honey?
This question always makes me laugh! Unfortunately, no. I’m not a beekeeper. That would be SO cool though! I purchase honey from a local family business to source for gifting purposes. Camas HoneyBee Co has phenomenal products! They are in no way internally affiliated with Wild Honey Media.
• Do you do ___ photography?
I do not offer boudoir, or boudoir alike photography but otherwise, most likely - yes! Check out my investment page for examples and fill out a request form now to get started.
• Do you offer photography and videography services for the same event?
I unfortunately do not offer both photo and video services for the same event. I have a lot of great recommendations if you need additional services or venue reccomendations. Send me an email and I’m happy to do any referrals: ConnectwithKailey@gmail.com.
• Are you available for travel?
YESSSS! If we’re shooting in a National Park or you make a donation to one, I’ll give you an extra discount.
• Do you offer studio photography?
I primarily shoot outdoors but also offer indoor studio shoots for an additional hourly fee.
• What if I want to do a primarily “faceless” family shoot with my kiddos?
Honey, yes! I have done another one of these and it’s such a beautiful way to respect your kiddos’ online presence in advance. Please let me know ahead of time and I would love to incorporate shots that avoid their facial features/likeness so that we can post images online with this in mind.
• How do I secure a booking/service?
Submit a 50% non-refundable deposit! Fill out a request form to get started.
• What’s your deposit refund policy?
Clients can request a 100% refund of their deposit within 24-hours of submission. Thereafter all deposits are nonrefundable, but transferable to a different service up to 1 year of submission.
• What’s your late payment policy?
Full payment is required to be submitted by end of day the service takes place. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee. An additional $25/week fee will apply for every 7-days the payment is not submitted.
• What’s your cancelation policy?
In the unforeseen event that Wild Honey Media cancels a service the client will receive a 100% refund or find an adequate replacement for such booking. In the event Wild Honey Media needs to reschedule a service due to weather conditions or illness (non-weddings) the client would not receive any refund since the service will still be performed.
• What’s your sick policy?
Any clients who are showcasing unwell and/or COVID-19 like symptoms upon the scheduled services will be turned away and the service rescheduled to a later date. A $100 fee will also be added, as it’s counted as a no call/no show.
• What’s your cancelation/refund policy for non-wedding services?
If you need to cancel your service, your deposit will not be refundable but transferable for a different service up to 1 year. You may simply reschedule the service at no extra charge. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by the client and sent via email or direct message within 4 hours of service. No call/no show clients at their service time and day will receive a $100 charge in addition to a non-refundable deposit. No call/no show clients may also be responsible for additional fees if service include travel fees, studio bookings, rentals, props, etc.
• What’s your cancelation/refund policy for wedding services?
If for any reason the clients cancels a booked service more than 90 days before the wedding date, Wild Honey Media will retain the deposit, but Clients will not be responsible for any remainder due. Notification of cancellation must be made in writing by the clients and sent via email. Confirmation of receipt of notification email by Wild Honey Media must be obtained. If Clients fails to supply a notice of cancellation as specified before the event date or cancels within 14 days of the event date, clients shall be required to pay the full balance due upon cancellation.
• What’s your travel fee rate?
My travel fee rate is based on the IRS issued standard mileage rate of $0.64/mi from my business address in Portland, Oregon. Services within a 45 mile radius do not require travel fees.
• Who owns the media produced when booking a service?
Wild Honey Media owns all media produced at a service. Wild Honey Media also holds the right to use these materials for internal and promotional purposes. When booking a service clients, and those involved or attending said event, are giving an automatic consent to these parameters. Clients are given personal usage rights to be able to access, share, print, and post these digital or physical products.
• Are your raw images for sale?
They are not, sawry.
• What kind of equipment do you use?
I shoot on a Sony a7iii and primarily G-master lens.’
